However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item or request a refund. Our Returns and Refunds Policy aims to provide a hassle-free shopping experience.

 

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Unused and Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

1.2 Return Period: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that any requests for returns made after this period may not be accepted.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery


2. Return Process

2.1 Initiate a Return: If you need to return an item, simply login into your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

2.2 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product and no shipping method is specified. 

2.3 Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping process.


Refunds

1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund. If the product does not meet our return policy criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return.

2. Refund Process: If the return is approved,  you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to accept your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


3. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for a refund

    • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
    • Gift wrapping or additional service charges.
    • Any non-returnable items as mentioned in Section 1.3.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return as per our return policy and placing a new order for the desired effect.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately. Please provide them with your order details and a clear description or visual evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.


Changes to the Return Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will apply to all purchases made after the policy update.
